focus is on stress reduction and self healing. She feels that
when folks are able to de-stress they can turn on their own self
healing and hear what the body and mind wants them to know.

Kelly Charlton lives in the foothills of the very
scenic Adirondacks Mountains in Heuvelton,
NY with her husband, two beautiful children
and two pups.
Her passion is to help others find their joy,

who wish to explore true self living, a Holy Fire Usui Reiki
Master, a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, a PSYCH-K
practitioner, a licensed BrainTap technology provider and an
artist.  She loves learning and is passionate in understanding
and exploring how the mind, body and spirit work so
wonderfully together.
